Just watched ep. 26 again, remembered Gendo's line from the English dub: "She who must be obeyed." Apparently someone at NERV remembered who was boss.

And then, in End of Evangelion, she shows her feelings of Gendo. While everyone else gets happy-fun time before turning into Tang, Yui-sama goes "OM NOM NOM". Yui-sama does not approve!
